SOS Project 46 - WIlson Commencement Park
This SOS project is for incoming freshmen students. If you are a transfer student, visit the SOS Project List for Transfer Students here. If you are a current student, faculty, or staff member and are interested in participating in Saturday of Service, visit our Team Leader sign-up here.
Wilson Commencement Park was established in 1991 by the Board of Directors of the Marie C. and Joseph C. Wilson Foundation. They envisioned an attractive, affordable and secure residential community where single parents from the lowest income areas of Rochester could finish high school, receive vocational training, find employment and learn important life skills to become financially independent and self-sufficient. Students will assist with organizing the donation room. An email will be sent out prior to Welcome Week with instructions on the project and transportation details.
Please wear a t-shirt, jeans/shorts and closed toe shoes. If weather is unfavorable, please dress accordingly
